We are located in Melbourne, Australia.

Do you have a store I can visit or pick up my order.

Unfortunately we do not. We are online only.

Will you be releasing more hay topper flavours?

Yes we definitely will be! We are always working on new products. If you have any suggestions please feel free to let us know by emailing us at hello@bunificent.com or using the contact us form. We are always open to new ideas and suggestions.

Are the treats only for Rabbits?

Certainly not. They can also be eaten by Guinea Pigs.

 Do you offer wholesale or bulk discount?

Yes we do however there are some restrictions. Please email us at hello@bunificent.com to learn more.

SHIPPING FAQS

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we do.

How much is shipping?

We offer flat rate tracked shipping worldwide! $7 for Australian orders and $11 for international orders. All Aus orders over $70 receive free shipping.

When will I receive my order?

ETA dates vary depending on your location. Please see our shipping and processing page for estimated delivery times. We fulfill and ship orders within 1-5 business days. Once parcels are shipped we have no control over the transit/custom times.

Can I request to leave the parcel if no one is home?

Yes you can, but this is only for Australian customers. Unfortunately we are not responsible for missing/stolen parcels. 

Does my order come with tracking?

As of 1st of May 2018 all orders placed will be sent out with tracking.

Unfortunately as per our shipping policy buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. 

MONTHLY BOX FAQS

Do I have to subscribe to receive a box?
Of course not! We offer a once off purchase :)
Simply tick the once off box option when adding the item to cart.
I placed my order weeks ago for the monthly box why hasn't it been shipped yet?
The reason your order has not been shipped yet is because monthly boxes only get shipped out on and after the 15th of every month. 
My direct debit is scheduled for the 10th but I want to add more items. Can I do that?
Yes you can. Simply email us at Hello@Bunificent.com so that we can add it on your order so that you wont be charged shipping again.
I want to subscribe but I'm worried I can't commit every month. Can I skip?
Yes you can! Simply log into your account and select skip or alternatively you can email us at Hello@Bunificent.com
