What is the Bunificent Box?
The Bunificent Box is a monthly subscription or once off box filled with 5 - 6 goodies ranging from treats to toys. Take a look at our pictures to see previous boxes.
How do I purchase?
It is as easy as 1, 2 and 3! All you need to do is select one of the 3 options available. You can choose to purchase:
- A once off box
- Subscribe to automatic monthly renewals (you'll receive a notification reminder 3 days prior to charge).
- Subscribe to only 2, 3 or 6 months. Subscription will automatically be cancelled. Box will be charged on the 10th of every month.
- Prepay 2, 3 or 6 months at a discounted rate
**You can cancel, skip or renew the subscription anytime**
Do I have to subscribe?
Absolutely not! We offer once off purchases. Just make sure you select the option that says 'once off purchase'.
How do I know what contents are in the box?
Box reveal happens every month on the 1st on our facebook and Instagram page. Photos in our shop will also be updated.
When will I receive the box?
The box will be shipped out on the 15th of every month.
I have multiple bunnies! Is there anything you can do to accommodate them all?

When will I be billed?
You will be charged immediately when you first sign up then every month after you will be direct debited from your nominated account on the 10th of every month. You will be sent an email reminder 3 days prior.
How do I cancel?You can cancel anytime however once your box has been shipped there are no cancellations. If you cancel any time between the 13th to 15th there is a 20% restocking fee as the box has already been packed and allocated to you.
Will I receive tracking?
All orders will receive tracking.
Why have I not received my order yet?
Please note that if you purchase any additional items in our store they will be shipped out together with the box on the 15th of every month.
Can I have my additional items shipped separately?
If you would like to receive it separately please leave a note at checkout or email us at Hello@Bunificent.com so that we can arrange a separate shipment for you. Please also note that if you choose this option there will be additional shipping fees.
